Frequent Questions
How much income and savings are required to qualify for a property/unit?
Use the calculator to estimate general income and reserve (savings) requirements for a specific rent.
How can I see a property in person?
Stop by our office before 3:00 PM on a business day and you can check out a key for a self tour. Bring your government issued ID (drivers license, passport, etc.) and a debit or credit card that we’ll hold while you’re out. You’ll have an hour to view the property and return the key.
When can I expect a decision on my application?
Application decisions can usually be as short as three days or over ten. The length is largely determined by the completeness of the application. If we have to follow up due to missing/incomplete information, this will result in delays. Incomplete applications will be moved to the end of the line or canceled if we don’t hear back from you in a timely manner. In the meantime, you’ll risk losing the rental to another applicant.
For best results:
Read the application carefully and understand the directions.
Gather and attach all supporting documentation before submitting.
Notify past landlords to expect and reply to rental history inquiries from us.
Watch your email and reply expediently with the correct information should we ask for more/clarifying information.
Notify any co-applicants/co-signers to follow these same tips and remind them that time is of the essence.
