We provide an annual market analysis to owners to assure that rents are at market price.

For our clients, we provide direct deposit capabilities in order to assure your rental income arrives at your bank as quickly as possible! For our tenants, online rent payment is available through your tenant portal to keep you from being late!

  • Advertise rentals on Craigslist, Zillow (Hotpads and Trulia) on our website, and list at office counter (with our great location we get a lot of walk-ins)
  • Place rent signs on property
  • Keep track of market conditions and rental fluctuations
Statements
  • Owner Portal available for online viewing of statements and expenses.
  • Owner Direct Deposit Available.
  • End-of-year summary statement along with a 1099 on or before January 31st.
Fees
  • Monthly management fee is 10% of collected rent

Fees
  • $2,000 or ½ month’s rent whichever is greater for tenant placement fee.
  • Packet includes check to owner for move-in costs (less fee), signed leased, applications, and credit reports.
