Brandi is a Pacific Grove native and loves being a part of the family business. Her expertise lies in designing and implementing systems to support our clients and the company. Brandi has 10 years of Real Estate experience and recently earned her California Broker’s License. She brings a wealth of knowledge from her previous roles as a Faculty Research Associate at the Naval Postgraduate School and as a Recruiter at Google and Microsoft. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the University of San Diego and a Master’s Degree in Security Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School.

Born and raised in Pacific Grove, Chandler has grown up in the real estate industry. Succeeding, Bill and Helen Bluhm in the family business, he has developed a strong knowledge of property management over the years. After graduating with a B.S. in Business Marketing at CSU Chico, Chandler decided to move back to his hometown, acquire his Real Estate Broker’s License, and follow in his Father’s footsteps of Managing and Selling Residential Real Estate. Chandler brings a positive attitude to the business, and like his father, is always willing to go above and beyond for his clients!

Bill brings 45+ years of experience as a full-time real estate agent and broker to the table. While founding and running a property management company, may seem like alot for anyone, Bill has also managed to sell real estate as a Top Producer for Sotheby’s International Realty. He is an expert in finance and negotiation and will continue to be a valuable consultant even after the deal has closed. Though his clients are a top priorty for Bill, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, as well as mentoring his children in the real estate business!

A licensed realtor and trained and experienced interior designer who designed model homes in Texas, her expert staging helps market your home. A Pacific Grove native, who has lived here 41 years and raised her family here, she has a wealth of knowledge about the schools and benefits of Peninsula living. She was co-owner of the highly-regarded and well-established Bratty and Bluhm Property Management. She has worked in the real estate industry since 1983 and has the distinction of selling over 1,500 homes in a three year period.
